1 credit = 1 minute × 1 target language. For example, a 1-hour event with 2 target languages uses 120 credits (60 minutes × 2 languages). Multi-mic mode counts as 2×. This model is transparent: you pay for the translation work actually performed, not a flat event fee.
When your balance reaches zero, the live session disconnects automatically. To continue, top up or upgrade your plan before your next session. Note that the Free Trial plan allows up to 2 target languages per session.
No. As long as you have enough credits, your session can run as long as you need. There is no plan-based time limit.
Yes. Monthly credits on subscription plans can be rolled over for 2 months, while top-up credits never expire.
