A quota hour is 1 actual hour × 1 target language. For example, a 1-hour event with 2 target languages uses 2 quota hours. This model is transparent: you pay for the translation work actually performed, not a flat event fee.
Any session already in progress will always complete — we never cut you off mid-event. Once a session ends, the next session will require you to top up or upgrade your plan.
Each session can run up to 4 hours. For longer events such as full-day conferences, you can start a new session after the cap is reached.
No. Quota resets on your billing anniversary each month. Unused hours do not carry forward — this keeps pricing simple and predictable.
